Ok, here goes my first attempt of a tutotrial (if you can call this like that XD)
I´m focusing in the body color (that´s why the eyes are unpainted).
The program used is Paint Tool Sai, and the tools are pen (mainly), aerograph and blur (for smoothing edges)
When making layers of shadow, put them in "multiply" mode (this way you use the same color of the body, but it automatically sets it to a darker tone)(for the second layer of shadow, select the color of the shadow and repeat the process)

When making layers of light, put them in "luminosity" mode (this way you use the same color of the body, but it automatically sets it to a lighter color)(for the second layer of light, select the color of the light and repeat the process)
Also, if you think the layer of light/shadow is too brigth/dark, decrease the opacity of the layer until you feel it fits.
